Dr. Saurabh, Head, School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, J&K, delivered a lecture on “Literature Review and Case Based Research” in the national level Workshop on Research Methodology (RM-2) on the theme “Research for Resurgence” for university and college teachers organized by the Centre for Professional Development in Higher Education (CPDHE), UGC-HRDC, University of Delhi through online mode from January 6–12, 2021.

The workshop provided opportunities for professional and career development of teachers, discussing issues related to quality education and research. Dr. Saurabh provided an elaborative framework and techniques on conducting and upgrading the literature review, and provided the insight into the ancient text and cases for setting up the context of learning in the modern times.

The sessions were held online and were highly interactive with lively participation. Dr. Sachin Vashsihtha, the Convener & Dr. Kavita Yadav, Co-Convener of the Workshop, coordinated the query session, and expressed their gratitude for the active participation of the participants and thoughtful sessions by Dr. Saurabh.
